Contact
Whenever you contact us using a form (contact form, order enquiry or similar) on the website or via email, the data you provide will be stored for six months to allow processing of your enquiry and any follow-up questions. We will not share this data with third parties without your consent.
Data storage
We would like to note that we also store order data, orders and status information for the purpose of contract processing. The data provided by you is required to fulfil the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place with the exception of the transmission to a potential transport company / shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods as well as to our tax advisor to fulfil our tax obligations. If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiry of the fiscal retention period (7 years). The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 (3) TKG as well as Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for fulfilment of the contract) of the GDPR.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device (PC, smart phone, tablet PC etc.) by your browser. The main purpose of cookies is identifying the user in order to tailor the provided content to the user’s needs. There are session cookies, which are only saved for the duration of the visit to the website, and permanent cookies (tracking cookies), which are saved for a longer period of time. They do not cause any detrimental effect. We use cookies to make our website as user-friendly as possible. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can change the settings on your browser so that you are informed when cookies are saved and you approve them on a case-by-case basis. Disabling the use of cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Web beacons (pixel tags)
Our website and our newsletter may contain web beacons (also known as pixel tags). A web beacon is usually an invisible electronic image file (usually measuring only 1 x 1 pixel). This image file is embedded on a web page or in an email in order to record that this site or email has been accessed or viewed by a user.
Web analysis
Our website uses web analytics services. These use cookies that enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated by these cookies is transferred to the server of the provider and stored there. You may prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are saved. We have concluded a corresponding contract with the provider on contract data processing. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a general localisation is possible. The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Para. 3 Telecommunications Act as well as Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. In the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest), our concern is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Since our users’ privacy is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter through our website. If you wish to do so, we will need your e-mail address and declaration that you agree to receive to the newsletter. In order to provide you with information tailored to you, we also collect and process voluntarily provided information on your areas of interest, birthdate and postal code. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Please send your cancellation notice to the following email address. We will then immediately delete your data relating to the transmission of the newsletter.
Your rights
In principle you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you may complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
